Our No-Quibble Guarantee
Our biggest priority is to ensure that you’re happy with your purchases and the service you’ve received from us. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy, you are welcome to return your items to us in original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase and we’ll happily exchange your item or give you a refund of the purchase price, whichever you prefer, no questions asked as long it is in the same condition we sent it.

If you wish to cancel your order before you receive our confirmation email, please email [email protected] with “Cancellation” as the subject of your email. If we receive this email in time, we will not send the products to you and will void your payment.
If you wish to cancel your order after you have received a confirmation email from us, you will need to wait until you receive the products and then follow our returns procedure.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of fourteen days from the day on which you receive the products. In this time, you can decide that you do not wish to keep the products. We have extended this to 30 days. If you decide not to keep your purchase, you must return the goods to us before the 30 day period ends. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Undergarments such as underwear, tights and socks are excluded from this policy and can only be returned if the packet is completely unopened.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and we have not received the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Return
Send the item/s back in their unused and original condition to…Izzy and Harri RETURN, 72 FERN AVENUE, JESMOND, NEWCASTLE, NE2 2QY. Please make sure your name and email address are included in the package. We do not pay for returns at the moment (sorry!). We do advise that you send any returned goods by Recorded or Special Delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. As soon as item is received we will let you know.
Please send us an email at [email protected] to let us know what you’d like to exchange your item for so we can reserve it for you. It will be sent to you as soon as your return is received and accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days of receipt.You will be responsible for paying for your own postage and packaging costs for returning your item, unless you are returning the products because of an error that we have made or because they are faulty.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
